The leader of this community is uniquely set up for success with a brand-new building, featuring handsome suites and common areas, modern appliances and finishes, and unique and appealing amenities including an in-house bowling alley! The right candidate will seize upon the momentum that comes from being the new attraction in town that everyone's talking about and use it to propel the community to the next level as a Washington State mainstay of excellence in care and service to seniors. The ideal candidate for this position is a person who is not stopped by barriers, but rather welcomes them as opportunities to climb higher, and rises to the challenge of managing their community to financial, regulatory and operational success. This person is highly competitive, and sales driven, with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of senior living. They must be focused on resident and staff satisfaction, be able to analyze data and find root causes of issues, communicate well, and possess an inner drive to be the best. Bonaventure's philosophy is that, "you can never go wrong doing the right thing" and we are looking for an Executive Director who is committed to doing the right thing for their residents and staff. Responsibilities: Creating, growing and sustaining Resident satisfaction Demonstrate leadership through employee retention Understand, apply, & adhere to State Regulations Oversee day to day operations Lead Census Development Develop sustained Financial success Requirements:  Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one. Proven Sales record. Excellent verbal and communication skills. A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents. Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living/Independent Living or Memory Care facility. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
