Produces quality breads, pastries, mixes, and doughs Ability to follow directions and procedures.
Meets outlined production standard goals.
Understands uses and safety protocols of all equipment on production floor.
Communicates critical information clearly and in a timely manner.
Demonstrated knowledge of the bakery production industry.
Reliable transportation.
Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Work Schedule Flexibility - Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand English Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts regularly Equipment Used-- scale, knives, scissors, dough scraper, rolling pins, dough divider, sheet pans, various baking pans, rolling racks, icing warmer, glazing machine, muffin depositor $1,000 sign on bonus
